  The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not limited to one particular ethnic group. Although the Bible says; ‘Jesus came unto His own and His own received Him not,' the promise of the Gospel was for every man on the face of the earth. It is written; ‘whosoever will, let him come and drink of the waters, that are without cost.'

  In the book of Isaiah 43:3, Ethiopia is mentioned, a country immediately north of Kenya. Egypt of course, another country in the Continent of Africa is mentioned many times in the Bible. This to me is suggesting that God was and is concerned about the Continent of Africa. It should not be called the Dark Continent, for the Gospel Light Shines exceedingly Bright in Africa. It has continued to shine since first coming to the Continent approximately two thousand years ago, when an Ethiopian Eunuch of great authority under Candace, Queen of the Ethiopians brought the first message of Salvation.

  It is Moses the deliverer, who being a child, was hidden in the River Nile from the killer hand of Ramsees II, Pharaoh of Egypt. The River Nile flows north to Egypt from the springs of the great Lake Victoria. It joins together Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and all of North East Africa. Moses was perfected by God as he wandered the back sides of the desserts of Africa, tending sheep as we still see it today. Then God spoke to him out of the bush that didn't burn saying, go, deliver the children of Israel out of Egypt.

  Jesus, our Deliverer and Saviour was taken to Egypt when Joseph was warned by the angel of the Lord to flee the hand of Herod. He was told to take the child and mother out of Canaan Land.

  There is a similarity here between Moses and Jesus. God chose for them to stay in Africa, hidden from the hand of the wicked one. They were both Hebrews who grew around the great River Nile, possibly even drinking from the same tributaries, centuries old. Perhaps they even bathed in the same pools of the Nile which is fed from the great springs in the East African Lake Victoria. So both Moses and Jesus, with great anointing from the Spirit of God, had their beginning nurturing in the Continent of Africa.

  Yes, the bright rays and beams of the Great Gospel Light, God's Word, was shone thousands of years ago in Africa, even before Europe and the Americas were discovered. This is a great honor to the African people. Just imagine, the Saviour of the Jew and the Greek, was wrapped in swaddling clothes and brought to Africa, where Moses the deliverer of Israel was born. Have you ever thought of this?

  Egypt is North of Ethiopia, just as Ethiopia is North of Kenya. The Lord has promised in His word according to Isaiah 43:5-6. ‘Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west; I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring My sons from far, and My daughters from the ends of the earth; even everyone that is called by My Name: for I have created him for My glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

  When the Ethiopian Eunuch received the Gospel from Phillip (Acts 8:27), little did he know what was going to transpire in his life and the lives of countless thousands after him. History states that he took the Gospel all through the Continent of Africa. And from Africa, many migrants carried the Gospel to the far reaches of the world, including England, The Americas and the Caribbean Islands. If you are tired of your surroundings of sin, let Jesus Christ bring Light to you and through you to others.

  The true Gospel message is not religion. The Ethiopian Eunuch received Power from On-High. This promise is to all who identify with Christ Jesus in Death, Burial and Resurrection. The Eunuch was baptized (Acts 8:38) in obedience to Peter's preaching in Acts 2:38.

  Isaiah 9:2 The people that walked in darkness have seen a great Light. They that dwell in the Land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the Light shinned.

  Isaiah 41:15-17 I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth. Though shalt thresh the mountains and beat them small and shalt make the hills as chaff. Verse 17- When the poor and needy seek water and there is none and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the Lord will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.

  OUR MISSION AND PURPOSE IN EAST AFRICA, A VISION FROM THE LORD

  A. To preach the whole Gospel of Jesus Christ to every person. Only the impartation of the wisdom of God's word can cause the heart to change in man, creating a righteous society.

  B. To assist in the rehabilitation of young and old, improving our society. There is a great need to assist the widows and orphans of our lands, the street children and poverty stricken.

  C. To co-ordinate the efforts of volunteer workers, both domestic and foreign. The need for volunteers is great in such areas as, Hospitals, Clinics, Feeding Programs, Day Care and Physical Handicapped Centers.

  D. To build learning centers for the purpose of imparting wisdom. The needs are great in this area. Many of our rural areas have no learning facilities. Just US$300.00 will provide a learning center.

  KENYA, THE ECONOMIC CENTER FOR EAST AFRICA

  Where is Kenya on the map of Africa? Kenya is on the eastern side of the continent of Africa. It is among the three top east African countries, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

  Kenya is just below or south of Ethiopia. There are so many tribes in Kenya. I belong to the Luhya tribe whose origin is in the western parts of Kenya. It western area is called the Kakamega district, Kisa location, Ebuchero Elubonje village in Khwisero constituency. Today we live in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya and the home of our ministry headquarters.

  In 1976 I heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ. My heart was deeply pierced by the power of God's word. The Spirit of God touched my sick and dying body and I was healed completely. I totally gave my life to Jesus and since that time my life changed.

  You may not know this, but I belong to a Tribe where witchcraft and the worship of idols and all the pagan practices known to the African man is a very common thing, even today. No doubt my sickness and total bondage was out of some hidden spiritual forces caused by those demons of witchcraft.

  Wizardry, sorcery and witches casting spells is the African Magic. Medicine men who forth tell and fortune tell and even soothsayers are prevalent. This is the trend of life in many of the African tribes, deceiving and being deceived. It is a fearful thing to admit, but even those who they call the learned of civilized modern people in this country are caught up in the deceptive powers of African Magic.

  I rejoice today because I did not harden my heart to the Gospel, but received it. I would have died a sinner and would be lost eternally. The Gospel is very real, its power far greater than the weak and beggarly elements of African Magic. God's power is the only Salvation Authority, all other powers are subjective, bringing man to ultimate eternal death. Don't be ashamed of the Gospel of God which brings Salvation (Romans 1:16-17)

  After salvation, my wife Anastasia (Anna) and I gave up our teaching careers in order to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost. We are full-time workers in the Lord's vineyard and can gladly testify and say that we have seen the Lord in every step of our Ministry.

  Luke 2:30-32; ‘For mine eyes have seen thy Salvation which thou hast prepared before the face of all people.' ------Don't hesitate to write and ask for more testimonies of how we made our decision to commit our lives totally to Christ's will. There are many miracles to be told.

  THE WORK BEGAN IN KENYA AND HAS SPREAD TO MUCH OF EAST AFRICA

  We have established several Churches by the help of God. This Gospel of the Kingdom is being preached. Along with the Gospel, we have several Community Development Programmes/ Projects.

  CHURCHES

 There is 138 Missionary Pastors working together in the 106 Churches that have been established within the Abundant Life Church Group (Pentecostal Apostolic), to God be the Glory. All are preaching the whole council of the Scriptures (OT & NT) in major cities and rural areas. The ministry covers a vast expanse of several East and Central African Countries. We are affecting our nations for Jesus Christ. More than 32,000 souls worship the Lord with us in this ministry, united by His Spirit through the Blood of Jesus Christ, Yahshua our Messiah. [Acts 2:38; Deu. 6:4]

  WILL YOU HELP IT TO CONTINUE

  Many of the churches, especially those in rural areas hold their meetings under trees. Teaching and learning centers are so needful. A small donation of US$300.00 will build a shelter to teach and preach from. A donation of US$65.00 will afford a pastor to be able to minister to his flock in the rural communities. You are so welcome to come to Africa and see the work of the Lord.

  We have been given an acreage of land from the Government of Kenya to build a central training center with many facilities. Currently our work is continuing in isolated areas, a manner which is not conducive to great productivity. Some of our work is;
